FAQs
How much is the reward?
Rewards are based on the quality and uniqueness of your contribution — not the number of files you upload.
Here’s how we evaluate:
📄 User manuals are appreciated, but they’re widely available and standardized — so they carry the lowest reward value.
📘 User guides and specialized documentation offer more context and practical value — and are therefore more rewarding.
🛠️ Real-world experiences, repair tips, and maintenance insights are the most valuable — they help the AI learn what manuals can’t, and receive the highest rewards.
This type of insight (e.g. from forums, technicians, or personal experience) is what really helps train smarter AI. We do not publish a fixed reward table — evaluations impact-based.
Can I upload multiple times?
Yes. You can contribute more than once. Each time, just go through the DataContribution process.
Do I have to stake for each upload?
No. If you’re already a verified contributor with tokens locked in the DataStaking pool, you don’t need to stake again for each upload.
Which wallet should I use?
Always use the same wallet for both DataStaking and DataContribution. This ensures your rewards are correctly assigned.
How do I check the status of my upload?
We review contributions weekly. You can view your upload status, remaining lock time, and reward amount directly on the DataStaking page.
How long will DataContribution be open?
The initial phase will run for 1 month. Depending on volume and quality, we may extend or shorten the campaign. Updates will be shared in advance.
What happens if I upload duplicate files?
Duplicate data will not be rewarded — but your stake will not be penalized. You’re free to continue contributing new, unique content.⚠️ Reminder: The world of household appliances is huge — with countless brands, models, and device types out there, there are plenty of chances to contribute unique and valuable data. Your next great submission might be just a quick search away.
Can I view other uploaded data?
Direct access to other submissions isn’t available, but we’ll share occasional updates on the types of appliances and documents that are already well-covered — so you can better focus your future contributions.
Can I contribute if I didn’t apply as a verified contributor?
Yes, technically you can still submit data even if you didn’t register or apply as a contributor. However, to receive rewards, you must complete DataStaking by locking 2,000 CADAI tokens.That said, we welcome all meaningful contributions. Your data still matters.
What if I upload data without DataStaking?
You’re welcome to submit data, but only contributors who have staked 2,000 CADAI tokens will be eligible for rewards. If you haven’t staked, your submission can still support the initiative — but it won’t receive any compensation.
Long story short: no reward for you.
